| Extensive flood damage had blistered beyond repair a wood veneer on the door leading internally. Major staining to the wall, along with damage to the masonry render and extensive rusting to the drainage pipes required attention. The door was stripped back to its softwood base, oil-based primer applied along with two undercoats and two oil-based topcoats bringing the door back to an immaculate finish. Masonry was filled, repaired and stain-blocked before painting with Sandtex external masonry paint, whilst the pipes were de-rusted, primed and repainted with an external gloss system. |
