This Victorian building in Beckenham had suffered extensive flood damage due to several large leaks from burst pipes in the upstairs flat. The project included stripping back existing wallpaper and lining, repairing damage to plaster and wood, blocking water stains and returning to a high standard finish. Two large bedrooms and the hallway were repapered using high quality vinyl papers along with standard repainting of ceilings, other wall areas and woodwork finishing. The client was delighted with the finish achieved. |
