The owner of this property in the Bow Heritage/Conservation area was looking to undertake a makeover in order to facilitate a quick sale. Among the tasks undertaken was a comprehensive kitchen makeover, including painting all kitchen cabinet doors, blocking ceiling stains and repairing plaster damage before painting afresh. Other tasks included restoring and repainting the front door, and repairing and repainting the front garden wall, which was in a dilapidated state. All paints used were from the Farrow & Ball heritage range (with the exception of the garden wall – Dulux Weathershield), in keeping with the area. Alliance Décor Ltd
were proud to be informed that the house was under offer in the first week of going on the market. |
